Unpluggits

We found this really great place here in Edmond that Max can go play and do crafts. It's called Unpluggits and for those of you that are local it's between 15th & 33rd off Kelly on Enterprise. Of course we went with Maxwell's crew that consists of Kacee and Nicholas. It's a fun place because there is a room for crafts and things like a play-doh station, a chalk table and an easel to paint at. This time we went in the playground area instead. It was good because there was a toddler play area and a "big kid" play area. Max really fell in love with this Little Tikes tree house they had. After he had his fill at the tree house he wanted to go to the "big kid" playground. He really wanted to climb it but several older kids came and since he cant walk he was almost ran over a few times. I knew he was done after he hit his mouth on the slide and took a nose dive off the stairs and I had to catch him by his face. Jeff would be quite proud seeing as how he claims I cant catch (I cant.) But this was precious cargo. I'm sure it was funny to anyone who saw it. He started to fall and I put my hand out catching his face right before it hit the ground. But there was another good reason for going. I was thinking about getting Max an outside sand table for his birthday. He couldn't have been less interested so at least I found that out now before the $100 had been spent. And my absolute FAVORITE part... it's all indoors! It was cool and fun and we all loved it.
