Some of you may have noticed that I have been on a bit of a hiatus. I have had the week of from work and had a nice little stay-cation at home. I also decided to take time off from the blog too so I have a ton to blog about. Last Thursday (wow, 10 days ago!) my stay-cation started after I got off work and picked up Max.We met his friends and mine at the Zoo and made a quick trip there. We saw the new elephant exhibit which was fantastic! Unfortunately mama elephant was giving birth so we didn't see any actual elephants. It was a quick trip but a great kick start to my time off from work.
Kacee and Nicholas were taking pictures left and right with the greenery and statues. It's hard for me to keep taking Max in and out of his stroller since he cant help me out by crawling back in. This is the only animal that we got out to sit on. It may not seem like it but the gorilla was really high and Max loved every bit of it!!!
