You win some, you loose some!

You win some and you loose some and Maxwell definitely lost yesterday. I got a call around lunch time yesterday from my mom who watches Max on Tuesday. She was frantic and I could tell she was about to cry if she wasn't all ready and then I hear Max screaming in the background. Max and Granny were going to meet Papa for lunch. Granny opened the garage door to start her car cooling down and went to get clothes to change him into. Well Max gets very excited when the garage door is up because he think that his mommy or daddy are home. While Granny was grabbing clothes in Maxwell's room Max grabbed the door handle. Fast! All Granny heard was Max screaming and she ran in to find Max with blood pouring from his face and crying that silent cry where they turn purple!!! I finally got home from work after picking up my baby boy a milk shake, Granny said he was hurting to much to chew and  refused to eat plus I think he deserved one. I asked my mom why the house smelled like poo. She told me he had been pooping all day and it may have been the diaper she changed before she laid him down. I said "okay" went to my room to take off my shoes and the smell was getting worse. The closer I got to Maxwell's room the worse it was. I could hear him playing in bed from the other side of the door so I went in to say hi and see his injuries for myself. I saw something else completely. POOP!!! It was everywhere! Max had taken his diaper off during his nap and smeared poop all over his bed, the music box, the bedding (including Steve), and him. It was bad, and not just kind of bad. At least my mom was there to help. I started the bath while she Cloroxed every rail and poo covered surface. It was a "soft" poo and I know that is TMI but that just helps you understand how it was EVERYWHERE! It was a rough day. I took these pictures a few hours later and no worries no poop to be seen. As the day went on the bruises are showing up more and getting darker. No telling what they will look like today when I get home from work.

Not sure if you can tell in this one But he has a fat lip and it split from top to bottom. There will most likely be a scar, but surprisingly didn't need stitches. He also split his gums between his two front teeth. And across his nose is a good bruise started and a big red spot you cant see. He wouldn't really eat last night either so we may be on soft foods for now.
