Max had his well baby dentist appointment on Tuesday. We heard basically the same thing. Make sure he is brushing twice a day and he is showing dental delay. Dr Strange thinks that Max should be cutting two of his molars and two more teeth on top. The doctor also said to start saving for the whole shabang for braces. He thinks the process will need to start when Max is about 7. As usual Max was pretty well behaved. He even reached out to the doctor and forced him to hold him, but I don't think the doctor minded much.
